Local Missions
Seaview Baptist Church Supports the Following Local Missions:
10% of our giving goes back out to support local and global missions. In other words, we tithe on our tithe!
The Atlantic City Rescue Mission is set apart by the Spirit of God to preach the Gospel and meet the physical, emotional and other basic needs (through the provision of shelter, clothing, food, counseling, referral and structured programs) of the poor and those who are bound and bruised by addictive lifestyles in Atlantic City and the surrounding communities.
The Friends of Jean Webster is an organization dedicated to alleviating hunger and poverty in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Since 1986, we have operated Sister Jean’s Kitchen, and now we have added a Pantry and Garden. Our work is guided by the spirit of Jean Webster, whose mission was simply and profoundly to feed the people.
Grace Place Ecumenical Food Pantry is dedicated to providing food to supplement families in need within the area of Somers Point, Linwood, and Northfield. Grace Place also distributes food baskets during the holidays.
Helping Youth Facing Homelessness and Human Trafficking Survivors. Our goal is to provide high quality services to as many people as possible, and offer them a chance to start a new chapter in their lives.
